We are seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to support a new Point-of-Sale (POS) implementation programme. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in project planning, governance, reporting, and deployment coordination to ensure smooth project execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Track progress across workstreams and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
• Identify potential risks, issues, bottlenecks, and delays, and escalate where appropriate.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed timelines and objectives.

Project Governance & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, governance materials, and reporting artifacts.
• Develop project status reports and presentation materials for steering committees and management updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project risks, issues, decisions, actions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Support effective project governance and decision-making processes.

Deployment & Rollout Support

• Coordinate with deployment teams on rollout planning, readiness activities, and implementation milestones.
• Track deployment progress and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
• Consolidate rollout readiness updates and maintain deployment, cutover, and hypercare trackers.
• Support successful rollout execution across multiple markets and business teams.

• 4-8 years+ of experience in PMO, project management, programme coordination, or transformation delivery.
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-workstream implementation projects in global or regional environments.
• Experience within retail and POS implementation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
