Job Description

As a PE Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth financial research and analysis to support investment decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and update financial models for private equity investments
• Support the preparation of investment proposals and materials
• Assist deal teams in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies
• Contribute to portfolio management and investment valuation processes
• Prepare presentation materials for investors, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful PE Analyst should have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Strong team player with a positive and proactive working attitude
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
