A leading life insurance organisation with a strong presence in Asia is seeking an experienced professional to support the development and management of premium financing operations within its Policy Administration function.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive end-to-end operating model for premium financing, covering new business, in-force servicing, claims, surrender, and policy maturity
- Develop and document detailed operational workflows,
- Establish bank onboarding frameworks, including documentation standards and assignment procedures
- Embed robust control frameworks (e.g. maker-checker, four-eyes principle, segregation of duties)
- Partner with IT and business teams to define and deliver system enhancements, including:
- Assignment and policy encumbrance indicators
- Automated correspondence handling
- Bank reporting interfaces
- Support UAT, implementation, and post-go-live reviews
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit, Underwriting, and Distribution
- Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and partner/customer feedback
- Manage operational incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to enhance team capability
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Life Insurance Policy Administration
- Professional qualifications such as FLMI, ACS, ALMI, or ANZIIF are advantageous.
- Proven experience in premium financing operations for life insurance products (e.g. participating, whole life, endowment)
- Strong understanding of Policy assignment structures
- Exposure to both bank and broker distribution channels is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
