Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of customer value propositions for mass affluent and high net worth client segments by leveraging customer insights and market intelligence.
• Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitive assessments to provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through automation, digitalisation, and technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in the delivery of the Bank's strategic digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage project expectations, and facilitate the successful implementation of digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the banking or financial services industry; exposure to digital transformation or technology-related projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• Quick learner with a strong interest in emerging technologies and the ability to adapt to evolving business and digital environments.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua would be advantageous
