We are seeking an experienced L3 Voice Engineer to provide advanced technical support for global voice and collaboration services for one of our sizeable Global Investment Banking clients.

Your new role
- Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise voice infrastructure and services, including incident troubleshooting, service-request fulfilment, root-cause analysis, and escalation of complex issues.
- Maintain the stability, availability, capacity, and performance of end-user and back-office voice services in partnership with global Operations and Engineering teams.
- Support voice infrastructure projects, technology refresh initiatives, routine maintenance, patching, and platform upgrades.
- Manage, prioritise, and track operational activities through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with agreed service levels.
- Participate in operational acceptance testing for new deployments and maintain accurate technical documentation, including voice environment configurations and change records.
- Contribute to scheduled support rotations, including weekend change execution and on-call support, to ensure continuous service operations.
What you'll need to succeed - 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise voice, unified communications, and collaboration environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM/UCM), including IP phones, Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber, and mobile voice solutions.
- Solid understanding of voice protocols and technologies, including SIP, MGCP, ISDN, call routing, dial plans, and external PSTN provider services.
- Familiarity with enterprise voice and data networking concepts, including QoS, VLANs, gateways, SBCs, and session management.
- Exposure to platforms such as Cisco UCM and Webex, Avaya, Oracle SBC, or comparable voice technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform for incident, request, change, and problem management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer-service skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
