Rare opportunity End-to-end workflow ownership Strong internal collaboration A well-established banking client is hiring for a Japanese-speaking Client Solutions Manager to join their Prime Services team based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for as the main contact for institutional clients. Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and supporting new product rollouts. You'll lead client onboarding to go-live, deliver ongoing support across trading activities, credit monitoring, and regulatory updates. Partner with the relevant key stakeholders in other business units to enhance workflows, drive automation, and influence product development. The ideal candidate comes with at least 6+ years relevant experience in client relationship management from a prime brokerage services background. Strong product knowledge across different financial markets products a must. Fluency in Japanese is required as the role involves communicating with Japanese-speaking clients, conducting client meetings, and reviewing business documentation in Japanese.
