Your new role
Manage and support hybrid IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, servers, and virtualization. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Oversee network operations, cybersecurity, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Lead IT vendors, managed service providers, and third-party support partners. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Act as the key IT contact with HQ to ensure compliance with global standards and security policies. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, and regional user support

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Proven experience managing vendors, MSPs, and IT service delivery. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English and Chinese. [IT Manager (Final) | Word]
Relevant certifications such as Azure, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, or ITIL are advantageous
