An established investment firm with a broad product platform across the region is hiring a Head of Marketing to take ownership of its brand, content, and client engagement agenda.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands how investment products are positioned and distributed, and who can turn that into marketing that genuinely moves the needle with partners, intermediaries, and end investors.

What you will be doing

1. Setting and owning the regional marketing strategy across the firm's product range, from brand positioning through to campaign execution
2. Leading go-to-market planning for new product launches, working closely with sales, product, and investment teams
3. Building out digital and content programmes: website, social, thought leadership, investor education, and performance tracking
4. Managing relationships with distribution partners, media, and agencies, keeping the firm's voice consistent across every channel
5. Overseeing marketing collateral and making sure all materials meet regulatory and compliance standards
6. Managing the marketing budget and leading a small team

What we are looking for

1. Around 10 years or more of marketing experience gained within the investment or funds industry
2. Experience in marketing mutual funds and ETF products
3. A solid grasp of the Hong Kong and wider APAC distribution landscape, including retail banks, brokers, IFAs, and digital platforms
4. Proven track record running product launch campaigns and digital marketing programmes
5. Comfortable operating in a regulated environment and partnering closely with compliance
6. Strong communicator, commercially minded, and able to influence senior stakeholders
7. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for this role
