Responsibilities of the role will include:

1. Lead end-to-end HRIS/HR Technology implementations, from solution design and planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
2. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
3. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions.
4. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with leading practices.
5. Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. Build and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
7. Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and change management activities.

Here’s What You Need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale HRIS, HCM, ERP, or HR technology transformation projects.
3. Proven project management experience in complex, cross-functional, and client-facing environments.
4. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process design, systems integration, and application delivery.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR technology solutions is highly preferred.
7. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are advantageous.
