Job Description
As a Brand Manager / Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute the overall brand strategy, aligning with business growth plans across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
- Develop and manage annual branding plans and budgets, ensuring measurable impact
- Lead integrated brand communications including bilingual (English & Chinese) press releases, thought leadership content, and campaign messaging
- Manage media relations including organizing interviews, briefings, and high-profile brand exposure opportunities
- Plan and deliver financial-focused brand events, seminars and campaigns to strengthen market positioning
- Oversee content strategy and ensure consistency across all channels including website, social media, and external communications
- Leverage established media networks to secure strong visibility within financial and business communities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, PR or financial media
- Strong network within financial or business media, with hands-on experience in financial services or fintech
- Proven track record in executing impactful brand campaigns, events and media strategies
- Experience across Hong Kong and/or Southeast Asia markets is highly advantageous
- A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate brand initiatives into business outcomes
- Excellent communication and content development skills in both English and is a plus
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with strong execution capabilities
