The Role

• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and business processes
• Draft workflow diagrams and functional specifications
• Work closely with business users, operations teams, IT, and project stakeholders to support system and process enhancement initiatives
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and support UAT execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide application support and troubleshooting system-related issues
• Assist in project implementation, enhancement initiatives, and process improvements

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, insurance, or banking
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, workflow design, and test planning
• Hands-on experience in UAT coordination and documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese required)
