Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platform.
• Assist with business requirements, testing (UAT/SIT), and process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and expense analytics.
• Perform month-end expense closing, including accruals, provisions, and expense allocations.
• Coordinate annual expense studies and support finance transformation projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Around 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, expense management, business analysis, or finance transformation.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Insurance, financial services, or Big 4 audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Python, Cognos, Databricks, or Power Automate is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
