Seeking an AI & Data Project Manager/BA Consultant (5-10 yrs) to deliver AI, GenAI, and RAG initiatives for Execution Services. You will work with traders and sales traders to identify use cases, gather requirements, manage cross-functional risk/compliance controls, and track ROI. Requires capital markets/trading workflow exposure, deep AI conceptual knowledge, and English/Mandarin fluency.

Overview

Lead the delivery of GenAI and data analytics tools across our trading desks. This mid-to-senior role connects trading teams with AI specialists to build compliant, high-impact trading solutions.

Primary Accountabilities

Lifecycle Management: Direct end-to-end delivery of AI/data projects, ensuring on-time deployment and user adoption.
Use-Case Discovery: Collaborate with traders to identify automation and execution-intelligence opportunities.
Requirements & Governance: Translate business requests into Agile user stories while maintaining strict risk, compliance, and regulatory oversight.
Vendor & Tech Assessment: Evaluate GenAI, RAG, and LLM technologies and third-party vendors for fit and enterprise readiness.

Essential Criteria

5+ years of capital markets tech delivery or business analysis experience.
Practical understanding of applied AI concepts (GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents).
Strong familiarity with front-office execution workflows.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
