Our client, a global AI fintech company, are actively seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to become a vital part of their expanding engineering team.

The role:

1. Create and maintain various applications using Python, Rust and Typescript.
2. Write code early on, while progressively guiding AI agents to generate high-quality code.
3. Co-design reliable, secure systems with strong engineering discipline.
4. Define and iterate on agent “rules,” skills, and workflows for code generation and review.
5. Validate agent outputs and continuously improve these workflows over time.
6. Partner on what we build next, aligning with customer needs and the product roadmap.
7. Help shape product and UX through feature design and practical engineering input.
8. Influence engineering practices and team culture as the organization scales.

What you offer:

1. Minimum of 4+ years experience with one of the following: Python / Rust / Typescript
2. Ideally 1+ years of practical experience with AI/ML technologies in production settings
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
