WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the Private Equity Group (PEG) team with staffing planning and resource allocation


• Manage weekly feedback surveys


• Assist the team with HR and Professional Development preparations


• Create reports and summaries on various Private Equity Practice topics


• Help organize PEG and HR events and handle general administrative tasks


• Maintain and update staffing tool data


• Take on ad-hoc and administrative tasks as needed

ABOUT YOU

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken


• Good understanding of databases and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Flexible, well-organized, and a strong communicator


• A structured, forward-thinking mindset


• Available to work 20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks, by arrangement)


• You enjoy working precisely in a dynamic and international environment


• Prior experience in HR is a plus
