What You'll Do

As a Working Student in our Global Businesses and Functions HR Delivery Team, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations. You'll contribute to recurring HR processes and broader team projects, giving you exposure to different aspects of HR.

Working closely with the HR team, you'll take responsibility for clearly defined activities while providing flexible support where priorities require it. You will:

• Support the onboarding of working students
• Coordinate the probation period process
• Prepare HR reports and presentations
• Manage birthday and anniversary gifts
• Draft clear HR communications
• Provide ad-hoc support across HR topics and projects

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

What You'll Bring

• Current enrollment at an institute of higher education in Germany
• Strong motivation and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A conscientious, reliable, and flexible approach to your work
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and first experience with GenAI tools
• Previous practical experience in a service-oriented environment is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are an advantage

You'll be part of the Global Businesses and Functions HR Delivery Team in Munich, working closely with HR colleagues locally and across our global network. Our team works collaboratively, with a strong focus on mutual support, knowledge sharing, and trust. Your colleagues will support you as you get familiar with your role and provide opportunities to learn from different areas of HR.
