YOUR MISSION

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Treatwell, you are more than just a recruiter - you are a strategic growth driver for our commercial teams in the DACH region! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW YOU'LL ROCK YOUR JOB

• Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Partner Success roles - from junior level to senior experts.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their goals, team dynamics, and define what "great" looks like.
• Proactive Sourcing: Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using smart, creative, and proactive sourcing strategies to find top commercial talent.
• Craft Engaging Content: Create bold, clear, and authentic job descriptions and communications that speak directly to top candidates.
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Ensure a fast, personal, professional, and seamless candidate journey from first contact to offer.
• Maintain HR Tech Stack: Keep our ATS (Workable) and HR systems (BambooHR) sharp, tidy, and up-to-date.
• Data-Driven Hiring: Track key recruitment metrics, share insights, and continuously optimize our hiring processes.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Attractive Compensation: Fixed salary depending on qualifications plus an unlimited bonus (depending on KPIs) for a full-time position - with an annual target salary (OTE) of around €65,000 gross.

YOUR PROFILE - WHAT YOU BRING

• Sales & CS Recruiting Expertise: 4+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for Sales and Customer Success roles, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• DACH Market Knowledge: Proven success in hiring for tough-to-fill commercial roles across the DACH region.
• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Consultative Mindset: A business-minded, consultative approach - you act as a strategic partner to the business rather than just an executioner.
• Execution & Adaptability: High adaptability, strong bias for action, and the ability to move fast while keeping quality high.
• Creative Sourcing & Culture Fit: Out-of-the-box sourcing skills combined with a strong instinct for cultural alignment.
