Large-scale MarTech programmes require someone who can hold the whole thing together: scope, plan, team, client, and quality; without losing sight of what actually needs to ship. You have delivered complex technology programmes in marketing or digital contexts and know how to keep cross-functional teams aligned and progressing, even when things get complicated.

The work:

• Own end-to-end delivery of MarTech implementation programmes across Marketing Transformation, Adobe and broader MarTech ecosystems, from origination to mobilisation through hypercare.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams spanning solution architects, functional consultants, data engineers, and client-side stakeholders.

• Manage programme governance: status reporting, risk and issue management, change control, and executive stakeholder communication.

• Drive delivery methodology and ways of working, adapting agile and structured delivery approaches to client context and programme complexity.

• Serve as the primary delivery relationship owner with client counterparts at programme level, building trust and managing expectations proactively.

• Contribute to the growth of our practice through reusable assets, methodology refinement, sales support and the development of more junior delivery professionals.

Here's what you need

• Proven track record delivering MarTech or digital transformation programmes of meaningful scale, ideally involving Adobe Experience Cloud products.

• Strong programme management skills: you are comfortable with formal governance structures and the ability to adapt them pragmatically. This includes experience working with Near- and Offshore teams.

• The ability to operate credibly across technical architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors simultaneously.

• Experience managing delivery teams of 20+ people talents across multiple workstreams.

Bonus points if you have

• Delivery experience across AEP, AJO, Workfront, or Marketo Engage programmes specifically.

• Exposure to data or AI-enabled marketing transformation programmes.

• Formal project or programme management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar).
