What You'll Do:
Join a high-performing global security team where you’ll help shape and strengthen the organisation’s cyber defence capabilities. You’ll work across network security, cloud, security operations, and emerging technologies, tackling complex challenges while helping build secure, scalable, and resilient environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and maintain enterprise security technologies includingfirewalls, SASE, CASB, proxies, NAC, and cloud security controls .
- Provide hands-on support for security platforms within a global24/7 follow-the-sun operating model , including rotational weekend coverage.
- Investigate and resolve complex security and network issues, taking ownership from identification through to resolution.
- Monitor and analyse security logs, alerts, vulnerabilities, and network traffic to identify and mitigate threats.
- Support network security architecture, includingsegmentation, encryption, secure remote access, and L7 security controls .
- Implement automated, scalable security solutions acrosshybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments .
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, and engineering teams to embed security into technology and operational practices.
- Help design, implement, and enforce security policies, controls, and best practices.
- Use tools such asWireshark and tcpdump for packet analysis and advanced troubleshooting.
- Contribute to vulnerability management, identity controls, endpoint protection, threat detection, and intrusion prevention.
- Apply an adversarial mindset to identify emerging threats and strengthen defensive capabilities.
- Lead projects, influence architectural decisions, and mentor less experienced team members.

About You:
You’re a curious, technically minded security professional who enjoys getting hands-on with complex problems. You bring strong foundations innetworking, security engineering, operating systems, cloud technologies, and security operations , alongside a genuine appetite for continuous learning.
You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering and/or security, with opportunities available for less-experienced candidates at junior level.
- Strong multi-vendor firewall experience and knowledge of modern network security technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and security principles across multiple layers.
- Experience safeguarding networks, systems, data, and critical assets.
- Practical knowledge of security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, identity, endpoint security, and intrusion prevention/detection.
- Experience with packet capture and analysis usingWireshark, tcpdump , or similar tools.
- An understanding of offensive security and adversary techniques.
- Programming experience in a high-level language.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A clear sense of ownership and determination to see issues through to resolution.
- A humble, adaptable, reliable, and collaborative approach to working with global teams.
