Your new role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead a high performing team and partner closely with executive stakeholders to deliver high quality financial insights and commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across a large and complex portfolio
- Provide strategic financial advice that links performance outcomes to business strategy
- Deliver insightful analysis to identify risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Drive engagement with divisional leaders to enhance financial performance and sustainability
- Support business case development and investment decision making
- Ensure robust financial governance, reporting and compliance with relevant frameworks
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence decision making
- Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver high quality financial outputs
- Extensive experience in financial management within a large and complex environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at executive level
- Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional membership
- Opportunity to influence large scale strategic decisions
