A leading wealth management organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team. This is an opportunity to work on strategic business initiatives focused on enhancing adviser capabilities, improving client servicing outcomes and supporting the continued growth and scalability of the business.
Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner closely with front office Wealth Advisers, business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for analysing complex business challenges, gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops and driving process improvement initiatives. The role will focus on enhancing adviser workflows, improving client servicing capabilities and implementing scalable solutions that support future business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Wealth Management or Financial ServicesExperience working directly with Front Office Wealth Advisers
Strong understanding of client servicing processes and adviser operating models
Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems and delivering practical solutions
Experience delivering process improvement, operational efficiency or scalability initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills
Experience working in Agile environments and translating business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
