This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Level 1 Helpdesk professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT support services while working in a dynamic onsite environment.
Your new role
As an IT Helpdesk Support Officer, you will provide first-level technical support to end users across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Managing user accounts, passwords, and access requests
- Troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Providing support for Microsoft Teams and business applications
- Logging, managing, and resolving service desk tickets
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Escalating complex issues to senior IT team members when required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Level 1 Helpdesk or IT Support position
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting user accounts, access management, and password resets
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues
- Experience working with ticketing systems and service desk processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment
