Group Finance Manager
Sydney - 5 days a week in office - High-Growth Global Organisation

$160,000 - $180,000 + Super

We are partnering with a leading, high-growth organisation to appoint a Group Finance Manager into a pivotal role within the finance function.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this position will take ownership of the Group's external and internal financial reporting for Australia and the global entity - in a multi-entity environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial information, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving best practice reporting processes as the business continues to scale.

The Role

* Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process across multiple entities and business units
* Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and management reports
* Own the Group's statutory reporting requirements, including year-end financial statements and compliance obligations
* Partner with external auditors and manage the annual audit process from planning through to completion
* Provide technical accounting guidance across the business, including interpretation and application of accounting standards
* Support the preparation of board, executive and investor reporting packs
* Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks
* Work closely with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance across the Group
* Contribute to acquisition accounting, business integrations and other corporate transactions as required
* Support the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and reporting tools

About You

* CA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 or leading Chartered firm
* 6-10 years' experience across external reporting, group reporting, financial reporting or audit
* Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting requirements
* Experience managing consolidations within a multi-entity environment
* Exposure to complex corporate structures, acquisitions or listed environments will be highly regarded
* Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability
* Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
