As the organisation continues to invest in major transformation and improvement initiatives, an opportunity exists for a talented Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of change across a diverse range of projects and programmes.

Your new role
As the Change Analyst, you will work closely with Change Managers, project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of change initiatives across the university.
You will be responsible for conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications support, training coordination, business readiness activities, and benefits tracking. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships across both professional and academic staff groups while contributing to the successful adoption of change across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges of working within a university environment and be confident engaging with academic stakeholders, faculties, and research communities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a Change Analyst, Change Coordinator, or Junior Change Manager role supporting organisational or technology transformation programmes.
• Previous higher education experience is mandatory. Candidates without university sector experience will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of university operations and the complexities of working within higher education environments.
• Experience engaging with academic stakeholders, including faculties, schools, academics, researchers, and professional services teams.
• Proven experience supporting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple project streams.
• Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
