- We are seeking an Account Technology Strategist (Citrix Presales) / Citrix Presales Technical Advisor to engage with customers on innovative Citrix solutions and help them achieve their business goals. This role combines technical expertise, strategic guidance, and relationship-building to support customers throughout their technology journey. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, contributing thought leadership, building trust with stakeholders, and driving the adoption of Citrix products.
- This is a remote role with travel across Sydney, New South Wales to visit customers as needed. Occasional in-person team collaborations will also be required.
Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for a self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and a background in Presales or Customer Success Management. While deep Citrix expertise is not required, knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) is a strong plus. Passion, aptitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Provide technical thought leadership on Citrix products and relevant industry trends.
- Understand customer challenges, opportunities, and use cases to position Citrix solutions effectively.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs of concept (remotely or on-site).
- Partner with customers to create and execute strategic technology roadmaps.
- Drive product adoption and consumption in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Overcome technical and competitive objections during the sales cycle.
- Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for Citrix solutions.
- Stay up to date on competitive technologies and position Citrix offerings effectively.
- Provide regular updates and account insights to Sales and ATS leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (especially at the C-level).
- Ability to balance both strategic planning and detail-oriented execution.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Specialized knowledge of sales processes and product solution positioning.
- Experience with Citrix technologies or End User Computing is a plus.
