Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR) - DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.

The successful candidate will manage a ServiceNow access remediation program, reviewing approximately 1000+ account management and administrative access assignments. This includes identifying users with access via non-standard AD groups, communicating access impacts, facilitating migration to standardised groups, and removing redundant or unauthorised access to ensure compliance with organisational security policies.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of core platform administration, including security, access and instance management
• Experience supporting multiple modules
• Hands on experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability with a proactive mindset
• Experience monitoring platform health and managing incident resolution end to end
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
