Do work that matters

As a Relationship Executive, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of diversified commercial banking clients across Mackay and the surrounding region.

You will take the time to understand your clients, their businesses, and their ambitions, using your relationship management experience, commercial insight and our broad range of products and services to help them move forward.

Alongside providing excellent service to your existing clients, you will focus on identifying new opportunities, building referral networks, and growing our presence across the local market.

If you have strong connections within a particular industry or see an opportunity to build deeper capability in a key sector, we will support you to develop that focus. This is an opportunity to bring your own strengths, networks and ideas to the role and genuinely make it your own.

More specifically, you will

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent service
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial banking clients
• Use your local networks and referral partners to identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities
• Develop a detailed understanding of complex client needs and connect clients with the right product and specialist teams
• Originate, structure, negotiate and execute commercial lending solutions
• Apply sound credit judgement and financial analysis to deliver quality client outcomes
• Build your profile and represent CommBank across Mackay and the surrounding business community
