Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organisation in the community services sector to recruit a Transformation Analyst. Our client has grown through a number of mergers and acquisitions and is now investing in a Transformation Program to streamline and modernise how the business operates. The Role

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this role will play a key role in driving process improvement across Corporate Services, with a focus on back-office and workforce-related functions such as talent acquisition, compliance, learning & development, HR operations, rostering and workforce planning. You'll map current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and own delivery of initiatives from concept through to implementation, leveraging low-code/no-code tools and practical AI applications along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Map current-state workflows and translate them into structured process maps and business requirements documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across Corporate Services and develop proposals to address them
• Own delivery of smaller-scale process improvements end-to-end, including SharePoint solutions, Power Automate workflows and AI tooling
• Maintain the transformation initiative register and prepare status updates for leadership reporting
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and prepare clear briefing materials, business cases and executive-level documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a transformation, business analysis or solutioning role within a complex organisation - ideally from a consulting or advisory background
• Strong capability in process mapping and BPMN, with the ability to define target operating models and migration pathways
• Hands-on proficiency with Power Automate and broader Microsoft 365 tools; low-code/no-code exposure (highly valued)
• Confident, practical user of AI tools
• SQL experience beneficial, particularly the ability to self-serve data from Silver/Gold-level sources
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
