With operations across a large national branch network, the organisation is investing in new systems, digital platforms and enterprise-wide capability while continuing to grow through acquisition.

Your New Role
The Senior Change Manager will lead the organisation's enterprise change capability across a diverse portfolio of digital and technology initiatives.
Operating independently from project delivery, you will provide an objective view of business readiness, adoption risks and the organisation's ability to sustain change. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and owning a practical enterprise change methodology and supporting toolkits
- Developing tailored change strategies for major technology initiatives
- Conducting stakeholder, impact and business readiness assessments
- Identifying adoption risks and advising executive sponsors and the Steering Committee
- Building strong relationships with operational leaders, branch managers and frontline employees
- Developing practical, role-specific training and support approaches
- Defining and tracking adoption, behavioural change and process compliance measures
- Intervening where adoption is behind expectations or business readiness is insufficient
- Travelling to key interstate locations when face-to-face engagement is required

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Significant experience in dedicated organisational change management roles, including senior or lead-level responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading change for technology implementations such as ERP, CRM, HRIS or enterprise platforms
- Experience delivering change across multiple physical sites, branches or operational locations
- The ability to connect authentically with executive sponsors, managers and frontline employees
- Strong capability across stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness planning and adoption measurement
- A track record of designing practical, role-specific training and capability-building initiatives
- Outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence and personal credibility
- A pragmatic approach, with the ability to adapt change frameworks rather than applying unnecessary process
You will receive:
- A permanent opportunity to lead and shape an enterprise change capability
- A competitive salary range
- Direct access to executive leadership and representation at Steering Committee level
- Independence from the project delivery function, allowing you to advocate for genuine business readines
- A varied portfolio of high-impact technology and transformation initiatives
- The opportunity to build practical frameworks, capability and change maturity from the ground up
- Support from an existing change resource, with the ability to further develop internal capability
- A visible role with meaningful impact across a national operational workforce
