A leading Swiss EAM with a newly opened office in the DIFC is currently seeking a seasoned private banking executive with experience in dealing with UHNW individuals and a successful track record in developing a sizeable book of business.



A leading Swiss EAM is looking for an experienced private banking executive who has built long standing relationships with his / her clients while working in leading international private banks. The right candidate will need to have a strong record in revenue generation and client retention / acquisition . The candidate will be one of the first key hires for the Dubai office and will play a key role in shaping the regional team and culture. You will have the flexibility to work with a truly independent platform which will give clients access to the worlds largest and most recognized financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for managing a private client portfolio focused on the GCC / Levant Regions
  • Develop and maintain new relationships in the region with Ultra and high networth individuals
  • Work closely with the investment team to help provide tailored asset management services, whilst addressing all U/HNWI clients' needs on the flexible platform of an independent asset manager
  • Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of investment products, philosophy and methodology and compliance requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Existing book of business of USD100m+
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a wealth manager or international private bank
  • Proven track record of overachieving AUM and Revenue Targets
  • Strong Investment Management background and excellent knowledge of wealth management solutions
  • Fluent in English and knowledge of the other languages relevant to client coverage
  • Located in Dubai
  • Salary: Market Rate + Formula Based Incentive
