RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, TX. Architect, design, develop test and maintain technology applications using Agile methodology for the U.S. Deposits Customer Care program within Marcus by Goldman Sachs, the Firm's online retail bank that offers consumer loans and online savings products. Work with business, risk, digital product and development teams to collect, prioritize and deliver business requirements for the U.S. Deposits Customer Care Center. Responsible for end-to-end systems development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintenance of financial applications. Develop new features and prioritize software bug fixes for the call center services technology. Identify and coordinate the testing of all software changes for the U.S. Deposits Customer Care Center, including team and vendor built and managed software. Responsible for project delivery and career management oversight of team members. Interviewing and hiring software developers.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: Micro-services or service-oriented architecture design and development using Java and related frameworks such as Spring Boot or Dropwizard; producer/consumer messaging technology design and development such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS or equivalent; persistence technologies (such as Sybase, HDFS, or MongoDb), relational or NoSQL; Software Development Life Cycle management, including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support; Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools including Jenkins; programming in the Linux environment; use tools such as GIT, SVN, Maven, Jenkins or equivalent to manage and deploy code to various environments; using lightweight data-interchange formats such as JavaScript Object Notation (JSON); use of communication protocols like SOAP and data formats like XML; interacting with multiple stakeholders and developers across multiple regions to manage development projects and business initiatives; maintaining software systems in production environment to provide ongoing support with production issues; and working concurrently on multiple development projects under tight deadlines and prioritizing action items accordingly. Must have three (3) years of experience with: web technologies for User Interface development, such as HTML or Javascript; proficient use of REST architecture; code quality analysis tools including Jenkins, Sonar, Semmle, Fortify, and Findbugs; and people management including the responsibility of ongoing performance communication, setting project goals, hiring staff. Must have one (1) year of experience with: working in Scrum (Agile) setting to elicit and manage requirements from Product Owner to develop working software; and front-end web application development experience with ReactJS and state management with Redux.
