MORE ABOUT THIS JOB This role is part of the team responsible for the transformation of collaboration at Goldman Sachs via growth of the Symphony platform. This role will strategically deploy the platform at the firm- and team-level-partnering with colleagues across business and regions to understand workflow and propose innovative solutions. They will take ownership of key firm-wide initiatives and new product deployments and ensure they are successful by supporting them with creative communication and marketing strategies.
They will closely collaborate with GS Product Management, Engineering, and Symphony LLC to help ensure the right products are being delivered and that the right people know about them. They will be responsible for the 3rd party integration strategy for Symphony LLC at Goldman Sachs-managing vendor relationships and prioritizing opportunities. The successful candidate will be a great communicator and project manager who is excited by the opportunity to solve workflow problems and transform business operations via technology and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Partner closely with internal businesses to understand their workflows and define collaboration and integration solutions to maximize business value
  • Manage firm-wide communications and marketing for the Symphony platform at GS
  • Manage and coordinate new product and enhancement roll-outs to ensure that new features and benefits are understood by end-users.
  • Conduct trainings and workshops with users across the firm to increase platform adoption and understand stakeholder needs
  • Define the 3 rd party integration strategy for Symphony within GS, managing partners, connecting solutions based on needs, and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Drive bot creation and adoption across the firm and share best practices.
  • Manage inter-firm coordination with Symphony LLC, relaying feedback and enhancement requirements and understanding product pipeline and key releases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management based on metrics and progress.
  • Collaborate with GS engineering teams to define internal platform requirements
  • Work with GS collaboration product management team to define market opportunities and longer-term strategic vision
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in technical account management, sales, or project management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical field
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members
  • Candidates should be creative, innovative, and self-motivated with a history of high-quality execution and problem solving
  • Familiarity with financial services workflows (sales, trading, investing, advisory, etc.) and collaboration platforms preferred
  • Passion for new technology, collaboration, and workflow transformation
