Leverage Global Marketing assets (Internal comms; Account Based Marketing; Branding etc.)
Leverage Marketing resources (Inside Sales, Creative, Campaigns, Communications)
Ensure appropriate ROI tracking and attainment for initiatives, whether qualitative or quantitative
The candidate is responsible for the alliances marketing strategy and all channel marketing activities related to the assigned alliance partners. The candidate reports to both the Marketing and Communications Director and to the respective Partner Business Lead.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, plan and execution/roll out for the alliance partnership working in close collaboration with the Business Partner Executives and Marketing and Communications Director, and Global Partner Marketing Director in order to drive revenue growth and profitability through the alliance portfolio of offers.
The manager drives the development, launch and management of all marketing activities associated with joint partner solutions as defined in the marketing plan. The manager develops effective sales enablement tools and works with MUs/GBLs, Regional and Global Partner Marketing leads to position, promote and measure activities. Keys to success include the candidates ability to understand and execute against the business context and partnership strategy as outlined by the Partner Executive and the Marketing Director, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and complex role. As well as liaising with key stakeholders from across Capgemini, the candidate must be able to develop trusted and effective working relationships with counterparts at the partner organization.
Role description and key responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategy and plan for the assigned alliance(s) partnership that align with the overall GSIP
Manage marketing portfolio solutions (including value proposition development and lifecycle management): plan the launch of new alliance partner solutions and manage the cross-functional and cross-country implementation of the plan
Develop, manage and measure impact for integrated marketing and communication
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
