What we’re building
We now need an Investment Management Project Planner to support the transformation and the future growth of the business within the Information Services function, so we can simplify our IT architecture by removing our legacy systems and deliver new solutions providing market-leading services for our colleagues, customers and advisers
What you will do
•Provide clear and concise planning deliverables to allow stakeholders and team to fully understand what is expected to be delivered, it’s impact and it’s dependencies
•Determine and define Bonds scope and objectives to ensure clear understanding what the project is tasked to deliver and why
•Track vendor costs in order to meet budget, in particular additional costs from GBST and other 3rd Party vendors required to migrate our products from Legacy solutions
•Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
•Monitor progress of the Bonds programme and make adjustments as needed
•Measure project performance in execution mode to identify areas for improvement
•Manage agreements with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Who you are
•Proven working experience as a project manager in the Wealth in the investments sector and or Asset Management sector and or securities services sector
•Detailed knowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement
•Previous exposure to GBST’s Composer configuration either working directly with GBST or on end client site
•Strong understanding of the investment structures and it’s underlying instruments such as ETF’s, SICAVs, ICAVs, OEIC’s, Mutual funds, Fund of funds
•Strong understanding of underlying instruments underpinning the investment structures such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, hedging structure, etc
