Continual growth has led to exciting change and internal mobility creating an opportunity at Analyst level to join our clients newly dedicated Transactions Processing Team responsible for transaction reconciliation and processing cash movements.
There is flexibility in terms of operational backgrounds my client will consider for this role as they have a huge appetite to train and develop within the role. My client will consider direct Transaction processing (transaction reconciliations & cash movements) experience as well as transferable skills gained in operations from a financial services firm requiring a minimum of 12 months experience.
This vibrant, collaborative team, work in a varied capacity responsible for ensuring the accuracy of investment cash flows (capital draw downs and distributions) between investors and in-house/third-party records, resolving cash breaks, update FX rates and process payments to name just a few responsibilities.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will gain enormous exposure interacting across the business and with the investment partners.
Candidates will demonstrate a passion for identifying opportunities to improve and challenge internal processes with a strong attention to detail. As a proactive team player, you will also enjoy going over and beyond your role to assist colleagues to implement process improvements and achieve common goals/deadlines.
