An Investment banking client is seeking a Support Analyst for a job in London. This is a great opportunity to join a world famous bank where you will be expected to improve your overall technical ability and grow within the business.

As a Support Analyst in London, the main objective of this role would be to understand the technical and functional aspects of a suite of RTB applications. You will be expected to investigate problems within RTB processes, identifying and rectifying the issue whilst looking at long term solutions.

You must have the ability to deal with multiple problems in parallel, proven ability to priorities coupled with an understanding of how to set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Technology stack includes Python, JAVA, C#, HTML, LDAP, SQL, Windows, Unix or Linux, Web and application server. Oracle and Sybase.
