An International Bank is seeking a Credit, Leveraged Finance or a DCM Analyst to join their Acquisition Financing team in London. This is a 6 months contract role with the view to become permanent following a successful stint.

This group are particularly active across the Benelux region while collaborating with its other groups in Madrid, Paris, and has a strong focus on Food/Agricultural Financings, while working with top Financial Sponsors. An International Bank is seeking a Credit, Leveraged Finance or a DCM Analyst to join their Acquisition Financing team in London.

This is a 6 months contract role with the view to become permanent following a successful stint. This group are particularly active across the Benelux region while collaborating with its other groups in Madrid, Paris, and has a strong focus on Food/Agricultural Financings while working with top Financial Sponsors.

This is a good position for a junior Analyst with a demonstrable track record of exposure within Credit, Leveraged Finance and/or DCM.

Responsibilities

• Support Execution and Origination responsibilities
• Preparation and presentation of marketing materials for origination purposes, while supporting all related activities
• Preparation of credit analysis and other documents for the bank's credit teams and management's review
• Preparation of term sheets and negotiation of loan documentation
• Promote the firm within the Infra/Renewables

Industry Requirements

• 1+ years of Credit, Leveraged Finance and/or DCM experiences
• Exposure to Agriculture/Food industry would be a bonus
• Good credit and financial analysis skills
• High levels of attention to detail, and numeracy
• Strong communication skills
• Client orientation and confidence to build new relationships
• Ability to work independently or within a wider group
