We're working with a highly capitalised sustainable energy investor with a number of funds that invest in renewable energy projects. They are looking for a senior investment professional to lead their private equity infrastructure fund investments program. They have significant access to capital and are looking to scale the business quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead all aspects of the private equity fund due diligence process
- Assist in the creation of new investment strategies
- Create new manager relationships and help to originate deal flow. You will be expected to nurture GP relationships and have a good understanding of the landscape and who is going to market
- Monitor the investment portfolio and performance, attend AGMs and deal with any changes or special situations within the portfolio
- Manage junior team members
- Advise on longer-term investment strategies
YOUR PROFILE: - Prior private equity infrastructure fund investment experience
- Experience leading and driving diligence processes from end to end
- Broad knowledge of the European manager landscape and ability to build relationships with them
- Demonstrable investment track record and knowledge of the investment / due diligence process
