Cyber Threat Intelligence Collection Manager - London

This position will serve as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Collection Manager to track and map intelligence products to ongoing requirements, help assess organisations productivity in addressing companies intelligence needs and assist in the overall intelligence service offering to members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in validating, coordinating, maintaining and tracking of intelligence requirements in the support of its global mission.
  • Work with global intelligence team members to develop, maintain and update production goals and track progress.
  • Work will determine gaps in information sharing, help shape plans for geographies and sub-sectors and assist in assessing the firm's overall reach and scope in terms of information sharing and finished analysis production.
  • Create periodic progress reports and briefings to report on progress on addressing requirements in published products.
  • Visualization of metrics analysis using Excel, Visio or other tools assists in conveying the analysis in an easy-to-follow and concise format.
  • Using pivot tables, charts, workflows and other visualizations will be an essential part in the progress reports generated from the metrics effort.
  • Working in a virtual environment is a mainstay.
  • Project management tracking of key deliverables across teams in disperse time zones is a must since team members are in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of cyber security and fraud issues; knowledge of threat intelligence analytical methodologies
  • Advanced skills with Excel; familiarity with Sharepoint, Access, Visio
  • Highly developed time management, organisational and project management skills; able to prioritize effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently turn in high-quality work
  • Some experience in Threat intelligence arena (ideally in Collection Management)
  • Self-motivated, responsible and disciplined, able to work as part of a virtual and global team
  • Strategic thinking to be able to see beyond the individual report or product and how metrics can tell a story of the health and progress of a program
