A Global Asset Manager in the City are looking for a Business Development Manager as part of the Marketing & Client Services team. You will provide services to a wide range of clients across the EMEA region, whilst attempting to secure more DFM investor clients into our wide range of products.

Responsabilities:

  • Main priority to focus on developing new business from UK DFM investors and adding Firms funds to buy lists
  • Assist team head to help map and develop top DFM investors, and potentially prospect and develop key regional UK Wealth Managers, Networks and Platforms  
  • Work with Client Service Team to cross-sell new products to existing clients
  • Contribute to our Client Relationship Management system
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly activity reports

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong investor network in DFM space and generally in UK Wholesale channel
  • Ability to aim towards and meet specific sales targets, and work towards a team target
  • Strong investment knowledge on product and macro basis
  • Excellent presentation skills people/communication skills
  • Team spirit is key, together with ability to be a self-starter, and lateral thinker
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
