The role is part of the Singapore Investments Product and Retail Bank business. The product manager is the product program and P&L owner for this product. The Portfolio focuses on emerging affluent, affluent and HNI client segments of Citibanking, Citi Priority, Citigold and Citigold Private Client segments, offering foreign exchange, leveraged FX, Currencies and Commodities Trading Account (including Accumulators, Non-Deliverable Forwards), Options, Premium Account, Gold Account. These products and services are offered through multiple channels such as sales personnel, CBOL and MBOL.
  • Enhancing the proposition of Products, and increasing the revenue pool for retail bank and enhancing the value proposition for the client segment
  • Drive the penetration and regular trading of Treasury products for investing, hedging, clients' individual lifestyle requirements, as well as developing and implementing the strategy to grow the products revenue
  • Work closely with Treasury Sales Unit, Relationship Managers, and other product managers, including loan financing PMs, and with Segments, Digital Bank, Decision Management, etc departments to acquire / convert targeted customers, and deepen their AUM and revenue via effective programs and campaigns
  • Partner with regional governance and IPR in implementation of RDIP 2.1 changes in the program
  • Work with Operations, Technology, Sales teams to troubleshoot any system or operational issues hindering smooth sales or investing experience
  • Closely collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product Controllers and Sales Compliance teams to ensure all processes and product programs are compliant with existing or new policies / regulations


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the Treasury business - in particular FX (including exotics), Options, Leverage and Derivatives, Gold
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders
  • Familiar with architecture of various treasury platforms and allied services with high digital quotient
  • Conversant with loan processes including margining techniques
  • Skills in designing a business compatible with Private bank product line
  • Commands a good grasp of retail customers' general wealth management profiles, needs
