Social Media/Technology - Client Services Manager (12 Months)

As the regional headquarters for the organization, this social media/technology firm is looking to double their clients and revenue over the next year. The Client Services is currently looking for a committed individual to support the growth.

As a Client Services Manager, you would be responsible for building and driving a strong relationship between the organization and the vendor who runs the ground operations in terms of customer service. You will need to find creative ways to idenitfy and solve problems with regards to escalations. While managing escalations, you will need to make a judgement call to triage requests accordingly and see them through end to end. Please note that you will not be liaising directly with the customers but focusing on building vendor relationship.

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service/hospitality/client services
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues
  • Prior experience in a technology firm would be a plus but not necessary
