Middleware Support Engineer
Middleware Support Engineer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support role in banking environment.
- Provide 18x7 operational support.
- Perform troubleshooting for SOA/API system and 2FA/HSM appliances.
- Recover the SOA/API system or 2FA/HSM appliances.
- Perform in depth technical Root Cause Analysis of all incidents and ensure mitigation, resolution or procedures are implemented
- Perform on-site monitoring optimisation to better enhance current monitoring parameters
- Proven ability to operate under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Willingness and demonstrate capability to learn, assimilate, and act upon large amounts of information rapidly.
- Positive attitude towards continuous learning in new area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and possess initiative.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, AIX is preferred.
Qualifications
SOA/API
- 3-4 years of experience of building, administering, engineering and supporting SOA & APIs implementations.
- Experience in TIBCO suite of products - BusinessWorks 5.x, BusinessWorks plugins, API Gateway, Enterprise Messaging Service, Administrator, SOAP, Web Services, XML, Hawk, X-Path & Adapters.
- Experience in building and administering web services and API using TIBCO platform with strong debugging skills.
- Experience in SOAP/REST Web Service development, Managing business asset such as XSD's, WSDL, Process Definitions, XSLT.
- Hands on experience in High Availability Implementation of TIBCO EMS and BW environments.
- Hands on experience in Clustering, Load Balancing and Failover management, Security, Logging, Auditing and TCP/IP Networks.
- Perform code review and documentation.
HSM and 2FA
- 3-4 years of experience in HSM (Hardware Security Module) and 2FA systems.
- Experience in setting up HSM, Security appliance and 2FA systems
- Practical knowledge & hands-on experiences in High Availability Implementation of HSM and 2FA.
- Enhance and support the operations of security infrastructure, in particular the authentication and secured transfer services by various applications via Internet & electronic channels in the bank.
- Provide technical consultant for HSM and 2FA.
- Work with various teams to provide solutions to resolve security issues raised.
