** the location of this role will either be in Singapore or Hong Kong.

1) Direct responsibilities

· Primary responsibility (50%-75% of the time): Operational Funding of Global Markets' entities and portfolios
o Daily managing the APAC cash position in cooperation with GMAT Paris and London teams, for both ex FI and ex GECD
o Optimizing the cash management under prudential management
o Develop tools when required
o ensuring effective communication with GM GBLs and ALM Treasury operational desks
o monitor and manage Intraday Liquidity needs generated by GM activities

· Secondary responsibilities (25-50% of the time)
· Global Markets' Liquidity risk analysis:
o analysing, monitoring and invoicing Liquidity within Global Markets, in liaison with the various GBLs and regions/entities
o defining GM funding framework by the Group , in cooperation with Group ALM Treasury, Risk and Finance
o understanding the specificities of the onshore/offshore setup and their impact on daily management, liquidity pricing and derivatives valuation (in relation with xVA)
o helping to contribute to GM TACs/NACs
o contributing to the APAC Global Markets Liquidity Committee

· Global Markets' contribution to the Group Liquidity economic and regulatory indicators:
o consolidating and explaining GM contribution to the Group LCR, NSFR, Liquidity Gap, Stress Test, Debt issuances...
o participating to Group indicators' implementation, from their methodological definition to the coordination of IT systems evolutions required to produce them
o improving if needed the liquidity monitoring setup of the local entities with ALM and Finance

· Monitoring of the Interest Rate Risk in Global Markets' Banking Books:
o contributing to the Group IRRBB indicators
o implementing the procedures and tools required to monitor IRRBB within GM

Additional Responsibilities

· Contribute to the exchange of information with CIB Corporate ALMT and BP2S ALMT to ensure consistent approaches within CIB
· Contribute to the understanding of Global Markets activities within ALM Treasury
· Represent the Head of GMAT APAC in various forums and committees if and when required
Job requirements
· Proactive with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to build relationships with people of all levels of seniority
· Ability to work independently, form own judgment/opinions, provide insights and drive change
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field preferred
· 3-5 years of experience in Asset Liability Management
