Description

  • You will deliver superior performance in the areas of Insurance Product Management. You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Work closely with partners, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager is also responsible to ensure the profitability of the products; develop new ideas on new distribution channels. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical knowledge of the financial products; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company
  • Developing channels and avenues to grow Citibank's Insurance business for cards
  • Identifying opportunities, ideas and by researching industries and building product pipelines
  • Analyzing profitability requirements, financials, evaluating options and internal priorities
  • Coordinating deal requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements and business partners
  • Proposing business deals by contacting potential partners, exploring opportunities and closing business deals
  • Building strong relationships with partners and identifying expansion opportunities within these portfolios
  • Working closely with strategic partners to define and execute the strategy E2E
  • Ongoing management of each program
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of each program


Qualifications

  • Degree holder from a recognized university
  • At least 3 - 5 years product experience in financial industry preferably in insurance
  • Effective team player and is comfortable to work with stakeholders from various units and all levels
  • To thrive in this role, you must be highly driven to achieve excellence
  • The candidate should have excellent written & communication skills, an interest in marketing & developing business relationships.
  • Good analytical skills
