• End-to-end ownership and execution (delivery as well as support) of various O&T projects for Citi Private Bank (CPB).
• Responsible for the integration of business / technology project activities across multiple teams within Citi. 
•  Manage core technology functions related to multiple platforms / domains (e.g.: core product processing, client internet portal, client relationship management).
• Stakeholder management (business & technology);  manage relationships with technology groups and partner support functions within Citi in AP and globally.  The role requires frequent engagement with senior level business & technology managers in AP and globally.  
• Financial management (developing, managing & controlling budgets).  Delivery of timely and reliable financial reports for reviews with the business & technology seniors.  
• Manage and obtain regulatory clearance for cross-border related initiatives; manage various outsourcing relationships in line with Citi and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor management to ensure timely and quality delivery;  financial and contractual reviews to drive cost efficiency improvements and vendor commitments.

• Business and technology experience in wealth management, investment banking; business analysis experience preferred.  
• Technology management and program management (medium to large programs) in the financial services sector at a region and global level.
• Experience with integration projects - cross-business / cross-functional / cross-region.  Ability to facilitate the technology solution with various teams, integration of multiple work-streams and dependencies, implementing the project within a specified time and budget.
• 8-10 years of demonstrated project management experience in waterfall or agile project methodologies, including executing full project life cycle. 
• Technical experience on Java/J2EE technologies, SOA architecture, microservices, RDBMS, scripting languages, NoSQL databases, exposure to various application and web frameworks
• Proven track record of working agile and SDLC projects; exposure to dev ops methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated experience in technical solutioning aligned to business requirements and/or product/business strategy.
• Broad business subject matter knowledge in the private banking space in  order to effectively support the business and add value. 
• Demonstrated experience and strength in operating effectively at various levels within the organization, including stakeholder management (business & technology). Demonstrated experience and strength in establishing and sustaining effective relationships. 
• Experience of Citi processes will be extremely valuable: financial management (policies, annual budgetary lifecycle and management); software development lifecycle management; outsourcing, etc..
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Degree holder in relevant discipline with at least 10+ years of relevant experience.  Scope of responsibilities and corporate rank level will commensurate with the candidates' level of experience and skill sets.
