Description

  • You will be assigned to a telemarketing sales team as permanent employee. This tele-sales team will be responsible contact existing customer base to sell insurance products by leveraging our partnership with AIA
  • To make outbound call to Citibank credit card customer to cross sell customer need based insurance product using consultative selling technique
  • Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through execution of an effective telephone process
  • To follow the sales submission and voice recording process accurately
  • To register sales and update all relevant information in the application system
  • To meet KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis based on total calls, new leads touched, talk time and total sales achieved
  • To ensure adherence to Bank's Compliance and Control policy and processes


Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification (minimum 5 passes including BM) Preferably degree/diploma
  • Insurance license Certifications (PCE-Life)
  • Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets
  • Confident telephone skills
  • Good closing skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Strong listening skills
  • Additional languages would be advantageous
