As a member of the Client Solutions & Innovation team, you will be in charge of change management activities related to projects and initiatives affecting Pictet Asset Services (PAS), either internally or externally, with a specific focus on implementing our 2019 Digital Strategy. The role can be based in Geneva or Luxembourg.

Mission

 

As a member of the Client Solutions & Innovation team, you will be in charge of change management activities related to projects and initiatives affecting Pictet Asset Services (PAS), either internally or externally, with a specific focus on implementing our 2019 Digital Strategy. The role can be based in Geneva or Luxembourg.

 

Responsibilities

 

Working with all the stakeholders involved in the projects and your colleagues of the Client Solutions & Innovation team, your main responsibilities will be to:

 

  • understand new products and initiatives, from the early phases of their lifecycle (review the specifications, take part in the sprint reviews) and to contribute to the user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • prepare the roll-out to clients (organise the training courses, prepare the documentation, prepare the set-up activities, set up the pricing policy and communicate internally) and train the 1st level support teams.
  • organise and monitor the client opening process (launch the external communication, monitor the product activation) and train users.

 

As a product expert, you will also be asked to assist the business developers and client relationship managers in their relations with their prospects and clients. You will also provide them with the support for all the business applications they use (including the client on-boarding tool, Coral, Avaloq and Pictet Connect).

 

Profile

 

Qualifications and experience:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in change management activities.
  • Very good knowledge of at least one of our three client segments – fund managers, external asset managers or asset owners (typically Swiss pension funds), with good general knowledge of the other two.
  • Experience of being in direct contact with sophisticated clients.

 

Specific knowledge:

 

  • Very good knowledge of Pictet Connect for professional clients.
  • Proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of project management

 

 Other skills:

 

  • Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of German or Spanish would be a plus to meet client training requirements.
  • Good presentation skills and client-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, independent and well-organised.
  • Strong team player.
  • Willing to learn and ready to travel.
