Better starts and ends with the customer
As the junior analyst of the Digital Site Health team in Western Union, you will support your team's mission to improve Western Union customers' experience by monitoring the digital properties on a continuous basis to assess the health of Western Union websites & apps, including keeping track of metrics and KPIs that help detect any customer experience issues and other issues that may impact the business and its revenues. You will assist in the root cause analysis of customer and website/app issues using available tools, reports and doing one-off analyses. You will participate in scrum calls with Engineering to assess incidents and their priority to ensure complete resolution of issues and bugs. You will also work closely with colleagues from other teams and functions to understand product requirements and business needs. In addition, you also will help us to identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

We need you to have a Bachelor`s degree and working experience in an analytical role for complex retail/consumer financial services/payments services organization. You will be fluent in English and have strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving, influencing, prioritizing, decision making and conflict resolution skills. Also, we need you to have strong level of responsibility and working experience with incident Management tools such as Service Now, HPSM or other. Experience with data analysis and Web or Mobile operations would help you to stand out.

Annual base salary gross: 15,058.00 - 26,588.00 Eur

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
