The IT Delivery Department ensures the application delivery and support to the Head Office Corporate Functions.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • First and second level support for Applications in scope;
  • Support and contribute to IT project activities, aimed at defining and designing new and target processes and functionalities;
  • Support to documentation drafting, according with internal procedures;
  • Management and monitoring of internal governance procedures;
  • Support the project phase of the new Change and Release management; process for Applications in scope.The IT Delivery Department ensures the application delivery and support to the Head Office Corporate Functions.

 

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
 

Must have

  • Degree in Scientific Field (Engineering, IT, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM best practices (ITIL preferred)
  • Project management skills
  • IT documentation drafting capabilities
  • IT Functional Analysis Drafting Capabilities  
  • English B2
